Can't sign in to Adobe account with social account | Don't have access to social account anymore
You were previously able to sign in to your Adobe account with Facebook, Google, or Apple (social account). Now, you are unable to sign in with your social account, or don't have access to your social account anymore.
Sign in with your Adobe ID and password. Your Adobe ID is the email address associated with your social account.

Haven't set up your Adobe ID password? Follow the steps below to set up your password if you have added your mobile number or alternative email to your Adobe account.
On the Adobe account sign-in page, enter your Adobe ID, and then click Continue.
Sometimes you only see a dummy email address while signing in to different services using Apple. To get your actual Apple ID email address, go to Apple settings on your iPhone/iPad.
Click Reset your password and follow the onscreen instructions.
Sign in to your Adobe account using the Adobe ID and the password which you just set up.
Note:
You can continue to sign in and manage your account using the Adobe ID and password.
Error: 'You did not authorize the Adobe Facebook app.'
You get this error if you had chosen to sign in to your Adobe account with Facebook, and then selected Cancel instead of Continue as (shown in the picture below on the right).
On the sign-in page, click Continue with Facebook, enter your Facebook credentials, and select Continue as .
You get this message if you have turned off the setting in Facebook which stops Facebook from interacting with other apps.
In the message window, select Turn On. Then follow the onscreen instructions.
Browser won't open when you try to sign in from an Adobe app
When you try to sign in with your social account from an Adobe app, browser won't open.

We installed Acrobat Pro for a user and she had no problems using it for weeks. The program suddenly prompted the user to sign in. My user tried to sign in, but got the sign-in prompt again and again, and the program never opens. I first did a repair installation and that did not help. I then uninstalled Acrobat and installed it again. Before we used the program for the first time, I used the adobe_prtk to serialize the program. I copied the adobe_prtk.exe to the machine and type this command in an elevated command prompt:
And this fixed the problem, the user does not need to sign in to Adobe to use the program. Note that the Acrobat version we installed is Acrobat DC 2017. If you have other version, you need to use the right LEID. Please consult this page for the LEID. Also, if you don't have adobe_prtk.exe, you can download it from Adobe.
